ROUSE THE DEMON

A doctor Myrick working with a group of freaky drug addicts toward a book which will emerge from their encounter sessions and with a nice, crippled assistant, Adrian Crewes, is murdered. Since some of the tapes have been deliberately erased, it's harder to isolate the homicidal dingbat particularly with the disappearance of the most disruptive one, the appearance of a days' old putrefied body, and the underestimated danger to Adrian. A modified procedural written well above that other medium--where it may end up--with an uninterrupted momentum.
