EXPLORING THE WORLD WITH CARVETH WELLS

A picture book with 150 photographs taken in the four corners of the globe, and a lively commentary by that prince of travelers, who manages to see more than there is to be seen, and to tell more than he sees. The Malay Jungle, the Mountains of the Moon, the Caucasus Mountains, the capitals of Europe, the Mediterranean, Baghdad, Mexico, there seems to be no corner he has not visited. And true or not, it is entertaining reading.
