KIRKUS REVIEW

This Marine Corps recruitment novel describes the Officers Training Course embarked upon by Cammie West following her graduation from college. It gives an excellent introduction to the pleasures and pains of uniformed life. Romance is to be found in the person of a male O. C., Gray Mclean, whom Cammie providentially meets aboard the jet which brings her to Washington, D. C. enroute to the Marine training center at Quantice. This is a career story with a romantic overtone for the girl to whom a life of military service may appear. Hup, two, three, kiss.
