KIRKUS REVIEW

The title could be echoed by practically any small child. Starting from the familiar exterior features, the viewer goes on in simple prose to detail all the interior accessories that the traveler is likely to encounter. The book should be a good choice for the very young who may be looking forward to their first trip with apprehension. The illustrations of the trains have almost the realism of an HO scale model, but the people are poorly drawn, and the brown, black and white coloring is disappointing.
