This is about a grotty little deformity (not so little in parts -- at four he's hung like ""grapefruit"") called Damon whose origins are attributable to any of the horrors you've been reading about, courtesy of the two faces of evil. Only more tastelessly so. Damon has a ""sweven"" who takes charge of him in spite of the well-meaning psychiatrist Kyle Burnette who first tries narcosynthesis and then gives up altogether. This impulse is responsible for Damon's various sexual assaults (one lethal) on a girl, on his mother (who commits suicide), on a nurse who loved Kyle until Kyle finally recognizes that the menace is none other than the dark side of his own nature, or yours if you go on reading this. It's just about even-sweven.
