KIRKUS REVIEW

Sydney Wells, a schoolteacher, stranded in a small Mexican village, is the ear to whom a young man confides the formula which can break a dope ring, just before he is killed in her room. Mistrusting everyone, even an attractive geologist- Sydney makes her getaway in a stolen bus to Laredo, is hidden- in a whorehouse, and desperately escapes across the bridge in Laredo to safety.... As a pursuit, basic, but the props- some of them seamy- lend an accent to the action.
