KIRKUS REVIEW

An adventure story of Canadian fur trading in 1775, in which a boy proves himself a valiant voyageur. The forming of the Northwest Trading Company by the Frobishers is an authentic bit of history, and the Indian troubles are convincingly handled. Exciting action and a credible plot.
