GOLDEN TALES FROM FAR AWAY

Miscellany of tales, with varying appeal, varying backgrounds. The majority seem Latin American in origin, there are a few Indian and Canadian tales. Many are fairly conventional in theme and handling and few have much distinction. It is hard to ferret out any particular reason for the collection. Illustrated by Helen Finger.
