THE TOUCH OF THE MASTER'S HAND

By

Publisher: Revell

The Reverend Charles L. Allen, pastor of Grace Methodist Church, Atlanta, Georgia, has the sure touch of a master artist when he writes of man and God. With an economy of words he brings the New Testament to life in such a way that the reader thinks of himself as contemporary with Jesus and his early followers, and feels too ""the touch of the Master's hand"". This latest of his books (others: God's Psychiatry. In Quest of God's Power, Roads to Radiant Living) considers Christ's miracles, and succeeds in showing that the spiritual presence of Christ in the world today is still at work healing the sick in body and mind through God's never-changing forgiveness and love--when men are willing to receive it. There could be no better book for Lenten reading and inspiration.
