We are living in a time, this useful book reminds us, when years are constantly being added to our lives because of the great progress of biological, medical and other sciences of man; our problem is to add life to these years. The author, Mr. Charles M. Crowe, admits to 65 of them, and clearly conveys to the reader the message that the one best way to outwit old age is not to be afraid of it, and the best way to do that is to get ready for it. He writes, for average, normal people of middle age to help them discover and make use of the possibilities waiting to be realized in the years ahead. Much hope and encouragement is to be found here, and the reader is impressed by the assurance that Mr. Crowe is sharing with them, wisdom distilled out of his own experience. Getting Ready for Tomorrow is as timely as today, and readers of all ages will find help here in coming to terms with and getting the most out of the days that are yet to be.
