SO SAILORS SAY

Definitely a book for young sailors or boys and girls who have aspirations in that direction. It is the story of an inland boy who finds it hard to make a place for himself when he comes to the eastern seaboard for a summer's vacation. But one or two friends and a sympathetic ship's carpenter get him off on the right track, and he wins through. Lots about boat building, boat handling and seamanship. The story is secondary to the craft.
