KIRKUS REVIEW

Standard stuff in the way of Cavalry life and Indian fighting, this concerns Lt. Bob Dallas and Lt. Frank Holland at Camp Breadon in Arizona, military rivals from their days at the Point and now rivals over Blanche Raven. Naquino and his renegade Apaches are on the warpath, the odds are against the 4th Cavalry, but by the close Dallas uncovers evidence of Holland's treason, leads the fight against the Apaches in which Holland is killed, winning Blanche and distinction for himself... Passes muster.
