serial, already sold to Warner Brothers, of an odorous villian coming to an end. Suspecting that his finance was murdered by crime connoisseur, radio favorite Grandy, -- Francis, with the help of his young aunt Jane, -- poses as the husband of Grandy's ward, Tyl, recently drowned. Tyl however proves very much alive, returns to suspect Francis and blindly champion her guardian. Grandy is forced into another killing, kidnaps Francis. Tyl wakes up, insists on finding Francis, trails him to a garbage dump where Grandy overplays his hand and Tyl saves Francis. Lady in the dark of double bafflement -- but reader on the inside -- makes this well tricked triple play.
