THE FREEZER COOKBOOK

There have been enough freezer cookbooks in paperback and magazine supplements to lay up til Armageddon, but as the fancy price would indicate, this one is intended as a basic guide once the freezer--independent or refrigerator unit-is accepted as a contributing factor to ""easy"" economical cookery. Mrs. Erickson handles the peripheral planning hints very well (even has a quickie silver cleaning tip and a boost for a product named Clearjel) and the freezing procedures and recipes are explicit enough. However, beware of freezaphobia (the compulsion to stock the freezer)--blithe dinners make for busy mornings!
