SQUARE BEAR AND COUSIN BEAR

Square Bear (is it alliteration or designation?) is a hardy homesteader: he builds a snug log cabin and stocks it with firewood and candles and smoked fish for the winter. Cousin Bear is a soft suburbanite: he puts up a prefabricated house with all the modern conveniences. Mrs. Square Bear is a little envious--until the first snowstorm. Then the Cousin Bears are stranded without heat or water or light, and have to be rescued by their more provident relations. The Cousins decide to do some things for themselves--and Mrs. Square gets a shower and a tub. This bear-faced homily, devoid of imagination, is not likely to elicit more than a yawn.
