KIRKUS REVIEW

As usual Iwasaki's misty slabs of water color exactly match her drippy stow of Allison, vacationing at the seashore with Mommie but lonely for her dog Tippy until Daddy shows up and surprises her by bringing Tippy along. It's like that pastel colored, artificially flavored sugar candy that doesn't even look tempting.
