KIRKUS REVIEW

Diddie, Dumps and Tot has held a permanent place with children as a realistic picture of plantation life. Rose Knox, in The Boys and Sally, gave a fresh picture of a post-war plantation. Now comes Those Plummer Children and we vote it a southern Bastable Children for spontaneous charm and good humor.
