NARCISSUS AND DE CHILLUN: Final Adventures of Those Plummer Children

I love the escapades of Chris and Judy and the twins, Sears and Roebuck, and these are as entertaining as the first volume, though somewhat more episodic and with no connecting thread other than the characters themselves. In an introductory note, Mrs. Govan confesses to being Chris of the book, and to the ""true story"" element of the stories. Good Americana material in a true picture of child life in the South.
