Florida's West Coast is the setting for an intricate untangling of double death, with inheritances, interrelationships and masses of conflicting clues to confuse the reader. Perhaps more to be recommended on basis of story than murder mystery but Inspector French, of the Michigan State Police, on vacation, is practically in on the kill and manages to extricate the camouflage from the real thing. For those who like this type, the story will have their approval.
