All this information is given in the briefest possible way--no explanations of why they work or what is happening, just one item after another, arranged in seven broad sections, aiming for simplicity and low-budget appeal. Many are no more than flimsy notations (""Catnip: This is a good pest repellent"") while others are lengthier and more precise. Overall, though, it's just another formula book that doesn't add up to much.
