WILLI WEEP THE CHIMNEY SWEEP

Based on a tale from Bavarian folk loro, Willi goe? from apprentice to master due to the fact that his boss gets stuck in a chimney because of overweight. The facts of his unique trade and its implements are not part of this story, unfortunately. Most of the space is given over to Willi's crosstown run to get the mayor to chop out the fellow townsmen. This, of course, changes when will takes over the top job. The picture of Willi have a nice, sooty, gritty texture and those of the townspeople are colorful set places, although some are very broad cartoons.
