ETHICS IN SEX CONDUCT

The Professor of Psychology at Antioch here states the pre-marital problems of the younger generation, given a freedom and exposed to stimuli at odds with the prevailing code of ethics. Examined here is the need for a program which will develop a varied social life and preparation for marriage; the justification for premarital sexual restraints, the medical and emotional dangers, the social stigma which can only militate against a satisfactory sex relationship before marriage. The problems of the engagement; of after marriage- children- the working wife; the possible solution for the young of enabling them to marry earlier, and safely, occasionally with parental assistance. An attempt to ""reconcile these immediate sexual-affectional needs with future marital objectives"", this is understanding in its approach, statistical whenever possible, in its evidence. Recommended for parents, those concerned in youth guidance, some young adults.
