KIRKUS REVIEW

Boise Kinstrey, living under an obligation to- and a sense of identification with- Big Matt Galbraith, takes over his lumbering outfit when Matt is murdered, and helps to straighten out his son-Cass. His sister Marna however lines up against them both and tries to sell out their interests; gunplay and sabotage increase the hazards but Boise and Cass prove themselves and are worthy of the dead man's legacy.... Rugged country this, and muscularly masculine all the way.
