KIRKUS REVIEW

Mental science and the extension of the mind has brought the world to a division on the subject of paranormal kinetics and two factions pursue the ""parries"" while a third would have them accepted. Shepherd Blaine, having traded minds with an allen, runs away from the institution devoted to developing secrets brought back from space. Is hunted down, works for the parries, and, with knowledge assimilated from the aien, is able to help the parries to freedom. Able adventuring along speculative ways.
