NORTHEND WILDCATS

This suggests that it is a slice out of Davis' own boyhood scrapes and adventures. Be that as it may, it certainly has the essential spirit of boyhood. The story is episodic, there is no special build-up, unless you could say that baseball was the central theme, but it makes good reading for boys who will enjoy sharing the adventures and the boy viewpoint on adults and life generally.
