THE ATTRACTIVE CHILD

By

Pub Date: Feb. 14th, 1941

The content is more comprehensive than the title might suggest, for this encompasses several fields, the problems of building for health as well as grooming for looks. There are chapters on skin, eyes, ears, teeth, feet, hands, posture; there are sections on allergies, on preventive medicine, on nervous tics, on reconstructive surgery, on emotionally and physically handicapped children. Comprehensive and not as superficial as it appeared at first glance. Stresses close linking of health and good looks, and shows how to make the most of good points, how to analyze a child's possibilities, and to play them up in hair dressing and clothing. Market -- most mothers.
