THE NORA BLAKE STORY

A variation of a fairly hand me down theme, this tells of Nora Drake who never forgets the no-good father who had been responsible for the death of her mother, shies away from the many men she attracts. In training to become a nurse, Nora meets young Roger Cooper, son of a famous surgeon, and it is not long before Cooper senior, a widower, offers her everything- including marriage. Never sure of her feelings for either Roger, or his father, the devious interference of the latter brings about her break with Roger, makes her realize her love for him, and brings her to the marriage she had evaded...For rent only, this is permissible, passable.
