KIRKUS REVIEW

Trick lesser and very nice job, though not a straight mystery. The story involves a murder committed during a three year period of amnesia. Townsend finds the wife who had not seen him during his disappearance, when he comes to, and also finds that he is being talled, for an unknown reason. He uncovers the past, the lost identity, sets out to clear himself of the murder charge -- and does so only after a fatal finals. Original -- neatly sustained.
