Not that it provides a cure-all, for unfortunately lots of people seem to like to worry. But here are some excellent basic rules and basic techniques -- rules that should make this book a constant reference tool for those who acknowledge that worry can cause physical and mental ills, business difficulties, marital unhappiness etc. His advice is organized simply and directly, so that at one point or another any honest reader will find it strikes home. And summary sentences at the ends of the chapters, summary conclusions at the end of each section, provide that sound principle of reiteration important in a self-help book. Constant use of actual cases adds the human touch characteristic of Dale Carnegie's tried and proved method.
