KIRKUS REVIEW

Originally reported for October publication, as follows:- ""English Robinson Carew, castaway on Surprise Island, lives a charmed existence with the help of a lovely girl, Sunday, who disappears at will. Robinson, spoiled poor little rich boy, turns into a proper, resourceful young Englishman, and after a number of ventures with Sunday, all threads weave together as her worthy family make possible the return of the new Robinson Carew to the padded arms of his family. Modern dress does not make this a real threat to Robinson Crusoe.
