MONTANA, HERE I BE!

The saga, with an almost legendary lilt to it, of Comanche John who robbed the rich and helped the poor, was the butt of every sheriff's posse from California to the Montana territory. From the time when he scattered a band of vigilantes headed by Captain Brass all set to rope-stretch an innocent man, this follows his exploits and escapes from Captain Brass, his association with a psalm spouting parson, a widow woman, a young man and his girl, and the final hand to hand combat with Captain Brass whom he drowns in a river.... Some humor, and more than a touch of brash.
