The recipes are from here, there, and everywhere, mainly of the guest-dish variety. Most are grouped by cooking method, although there are sections about salads, sandwiches, loaves, etc. Dan Morris has written a brace of fishing books, and one wishes more were said about the current popular doubts concerning the purity of the product.
