KIRKUS REVIEW

Again an offset job- so this is simply a statement based on a brochure. Here in pictorial representation, through some 1500 photographs of scenes and costumed stars, of famous opera houses, and a text giving synopses of famous operas, is a good companion to the radio broadcast listened to throughout the season by music lovers to whom the Metropolitan is inaccessible.
