Testing poorly may cost you a promotion, a commission in the Army, or the college of your choice, and although it is doubtful whether a book such as this will really raise your SAT ratings, still it may provide a few pointers for the uninitiated in a lower educational bracket. Certain types of tests, objective, multiple choice, math, even the essay test, are analysed along with the ways in which you can calculate the odds, guess- or skip, and review or cram for better preparedness. There is additional advice on the Civil Service test, the Personality test, the College Entrance- along with sample questions as a ""warmup"".... A fairly superficial conditioner for a more thorough home tutorial; you will still need Arco- or Barron.
