YOUNG AMERICA'S AVIATION ANNUAL-1945

Not much need be said about this, other than to call attention to this fifth edition of an already established annual survey of what has happened in aviation, not only in action, but behind the scenes. Good vigorous text -- bits of personal record to add human interest -- historical survey of the year of 1944 in the air -- and excellent photographs. If the text seems a bit overoptimistic, if it seems to assume a weakness on the part of the enemy that events are proving wrong, lets hope that before 1945 ends, all and more than the editor states will be evidenced in fact.
