KIRKUS REVIEW

Radio leads for a New York City spyhunt, as Weaver, cripples art gallery owner, is accepted, threatened, attacked, and fired as broadcaster in French on short wave to France. The murder of his predecessor, the turncoating of a friend, stolen pictures, a gambling house and the doublecrossing of his secretary land Weaver at the climax and the solution of a subversive plot. Adequate.
