LIGHTNING BEFORE DAWN

Simple story, fairly well told, with an element of mystery in it which may give it a plus sale to mystery fans. A girl, betrayed by one man, marries another -- and learns to value and protect her marriage. The lover disappears -- his body is found after the harvest -- and the couple are under suspicion. Not important, but readable.
