KIRKUS REVIEW

I liked this story of the quiet little girl who built her dreams around the house they didn't have, and hated the furnished city apartment which was her home. When she learned that the family were moving to West Virginia and would have a house of their own -- with a yard- her whole personality came alive. This is the story of how her dream came true. Delightful pictures, properly keyed as to age and period, by Theresa Kalab. Plenty of incident to carry the thread of plot.
