KIRKUS REVIEW

Beverley Nichols says in his introduction what precisely describes the Dean of Windsor, ""a wise man -- kindly yet shrewd -- feet set firm on this earth with his heart a little way above it."" That is the Dean and it is also the book -- it seems to sense the reader's thoughts and problems and if he be a normal, modern man he will soon be drawn into the spell it casts. A challenge for the clergy, a grand book for people working with youth or youth itself.
