MOMENTS MOUSICAL

I like nothing about this book. The Walter Kumme drawings, showing a musical world composed of mice- and the Deems Taylor text which strains at a humorous presentation with plays on words, punning, etc., pokes fun at orchestras, dancers, ballet, opera, home music, symphonic music in distorted but recognizable symbols- all combine to a dull effort.
