THE BIGGEST SNOWSTORM EVER

What child wouldn't be happy with parents who on the morning of the biggest snowstorm ever when they can't even push open the door immediately bundle everyone up, jump out of an upstairs window (catching in their arms the two children who follow) and spend the day on skis and sled and sliding disc. At the end of the day when only their chimney and roof peak are unburied, the Bunches simply dig a tunnel to the window (""Collieflower the dog was the best digger of them all""), light a fire which melts the snow on the roof, and sit around it sipping Papa's delicious hot chocolate. As pictured the Bunches, plump in their snow clothes, have a warm relaxed look that could be either old fashioned or back-to-earth mod; either way, they make a snow storm something to wish for.
