BEAUTY IS NO BIG DEAL

If you have bags under your eyes, apply another kind -- tea bags, ""Don't match up accessories. It's tacky, old hat. Queen Elizabeth still does that."" Accessories date faster than anything else. Exercises should be effortless and they seem less painful if you call them shape-ups and if you ""dance into your clothes"" in the morning until you later unwind in the sack. Don't smoke or eat fattening foods. In fact, there's a whole earth catalogue full of natural remedies for the more beautiful look -- say honey and oatmeal for an oily skin or a glycerine bath which leaves no ring. This of course is mostly for the under-thirties who can still dance into their undergarments if they're wearing any, and the authors, both fashion editor-writers, are about the withest young women around, sharp and style-wise. You'll probably be seeing their double image Today or Tonight and the book should have an inordinate allure for all those who wish to improve theirs.
