COME, CHUCKY, COME

There's quite a lot of text to this story of the mountain boy who wanted a fiddle of his own, but couldn't bear to sell his pet woodchuck to get it. But in substance, the appeal is aimed at the six and seven year olds who couldn't read it to themselves. The pictures are delightful, humorous, original in technique, direct without being traditional,- by Joshua Tolford. There's folk feel here.
