DON'T BLAME THE PUFFINS

A story about fisherman's luck, set against the Gaspe section, and of how one fisherman blamed the gulls and the puffins for his bad luck, and then discovered that the weather and the tides were responsible. It is an amusing story (though hardly a convincing one), and the pictures are delightful, though the fishermen look too slicked up for verity. The appearance of the book suggests younger readers than the text.
