The troubled nuptials of Pan, as she lets herself be rushed into marriage by Martin King and as she faces on her wedding night Martin's accusation that she had killed her father. Returning home alone to Tennessee, Pan soon realizes that Martin is after her and her money, that the marriage was a bigamous one, and after one death occurs, she is finally able to convince a disbelieving local sheriff of her innocence and his guilt. One of those silly heroines- and some pretty impulsive involvements.
