An impossible book to sum up in brief space, so read the long report on P. 63. Through a clinical study of the analysis of one small boy, suffering from asthma, school failure, frustrations and hostilities, the reader explores conditions and symptoms existing in lesser or greater degree in many children. It is an intimate, frank handling of some taboos; it is a story of fantasies revealed, hostilities released, and the process of growing up. Should be recommended to parents and teachers with more than average background on techniques of psychotherapy.
