GOOMER

A cat book on the sentimental and uninspiring side, this is an example of what can happen when a new owner of a Siamese kitten gets completely silly over the remarkable things the little dear can do and decides to write it all down. There's an air of awe and praise as Goomer, ""The Goom"", goes to sleep in the kleenex box, falls off the kitchen table, tries to retrieve a piece of paper from the piano without stepping on the keys and making any noise, and, when she grows up, fights, conquers and makes friends with a tough old Tabby, Jessie.
