A HALO FOR DOCTOR MICHAEL

Young Michael Brent throws up a terrific New York future for a small southern town where he finds the greater human satisfactions of close contact with a community as assistant to aging, failing Dr. Wayne. There he fights for Wayne's free clinic as against the expensive practice- and malpractices- of a Dr. Hayden; and his friendship for Mariana, who loves Bill, who loves Jeanie, comes off evenly as Jeanie finds that it is Michael whom she loves, while Bill and Mariana pair off. Little pink pill- and easy to swallow if not retain.
