KIRKUS REVIEW

This book goes beyond most discussion of the post-war order, in that it outlines a possible constitution for a world federation of united nations in explicit detail. The author, having been Executive Director of the League of Nations Association, shows evidence of personal knowledge and thorough study of other plans for the organization of the post-war world, such as those advanced by Streit, Culbertson, Lippmann, and William Hard. Students of the subject will find here something definite and constructive, with high ideals and lofty principles geared into the sort of realisti and practical world machinery which we must have if hopes for a just and durable peace are to be realized.
