KIRKUS REVIEW

Admirable, no doubt, but unoriginal advice to the young man starting out in business, or the man out of work due to the depression, or reduced to a $25.00 a week scale of living, after double the income. The same old saws -- be good and you will be happy sort of advice, work hard and reap a reward, be ready always for the job above, study allied subjects in order to be prepared for promotion. In other words, the same old signboards for the sure road to success. Journalistic in style and distinctly second rate.
